💼 About This Role

You'll manage merchant acquisition and relationships in the Mindanao region for Coins, the leading crypto brand in the Philippines. You'll drive adoption of payment solutions including POS terminals, QR payments, and e-wallet services while leading commercial negotiations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage merchant acquisition and relationships across Mindanao region.
• Identify and onboard new merchants to adopt payment solutions.
• Negotiate merchant discount rates and service agreements.
• Monitor portfolio performance and identify expansion opportunities.

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in business development and account management.
• Proven track record of generating leads and supporting client acquisition.
• Good knowledge of fiat payment networks in all industries.
• Ability to speak and understand Mandarin Chinese is an advantage.
