Responsibilities

• Lead local hub operations including market launch, logistics, and consumer branding
• Manage employee and customer experience
• Interview, onboard, and train a team of Customer Advocates
• Develop team through feedback, performance check-ins, and goal setting
• Generate and present regular reports to upper management
