As a Manager, Paid Social, you will lead a team of Associates and Sr. Associates, overseeing day-to-day paid social campaign execution across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. You'll manage budget, optimize performance, and build strong client relationships to deliver impactful campaigns for high-profile brands.

Requirements

  • Substantial experience in account management, planning, and/or performance media
  • Strong working knowledge of paid social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.)
  • Experience managing enterprise-level paid social accounts with diverse budgets and objectives
  • Ability to translate client goals into paid media strategy and effectively communicate tactics
  • Understanding of paid social measurement and experience with native and third-party measurement tools

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor Paid Social Associates and Sr. Associates, owning their career development
  • Develop, optimize, and maintain paid social campaigns, including asset coordination and budget management
  • Integrate paid social strategy into multi-channel recommendations with cross-discipline teams
  • Analyze data to provide insights and optimization recommendations using strong quantitative skills
  • Execute and test campaign variables to create client-specific insights and feed future testing
