💼 About This Role

You'll own silicon product engineering from tapeout to production and lead the Bristol validation lab. You'll drive ATE strategy, silicon bring-up, and qualification for datacentre and automotive AI accelerators. This role combines hands-on test development with lab leadership and partner management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own ATE strategy and test program development from early silicon through HVM
• Drive first-silicon bring-up and validate functionality with design teams
• Lead qualification activities across voltage, temperature, and aging conditions
• Manage lab operations: equipment, calibration, procurement, and safety

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on semiconductor test development and silicon characterization
• Deep knowledge of ATE platforms and test program optimization
• Experience with silicon debug and failure analysis tools (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers)
• Practical lab management experience including calibration and equipment management

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with automotive or datacentre qualification standards
• Experience managing OSAT relationships and test transfers
• Familiarity with DFT and testability practices
