• Lead and facilitate an autonomous fullstack team for end-to-end delivery of channel integrations.
• Align priorities with product manager counterparts to drive impact.
• Champion team member growth through coaching, 1:1s, and personal development planning.
• Identify blockers and tackle ambitious technical problems.
• Ensure predictable timelines and high-quality, scalable system delivery.
