Description
You will drive complex enterprise sales cycles in the life sciences sector, helping organizations digitize mission-critical operations like batch record execution and quality management. This strategic, consultative role involves building multi-stakeholder relationships and delivering value-based solutions for regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Deep experience selling complex digital transformation solutions to pharmaceutical and biologics manufacturing sectors.
- Proven track record in strategic, consultative enterprise sales with multi-stakeholder engagement.
- Knowledge of GxP compliance, digital manufacturing trends, and operational excellence in regulated industries.
- Ability to orchestrate cross-functional deal teams and manage multi-year enterprise cycles.
- Experience working in an Enterprise Pod structure with an Enterprise Account Manager.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute complex enterprise sales cycles (12–24+ months) across global pharma accounts, CDMOs, and CGT innovators.
- Build and expand multi-stakeholder relationships across Manufacturing, Clinical R&D, QA/QC, GMP IT, and procurement.
- Develop and execute account-based strategies for Tier 1–3 Pharma, MedTech, CDMOs and CGT manufacturers.
- Identify whitespace opportunities and drive adoption of cloud-based MES, QMS, and AI platforms through consultative selling.
- Partner with solution engineering, marketing, and customer success to deliver compelling business cases and ROI models.
