- Respond to customer requests clearly and comprehensively
- Adhere to KPIs for low response time and high satisfaction
- Communicate feedback and issues via escalation flows
- Provide resolution efficiently via phone and email
๐ Requirements
- Fluency in 2+ of French, Italian, or German
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Experience in customer-facing roles
- Experience with tech support or product support
