Own and evolve the paid media program at CoLab Software, driving pipeline growth through LinkedIn, paid newsletters, and experimental channels. You'll optimize campaigns, partner with creative teams, and translate data into sharper messaging.

Requirements

  • 4+ years owning paid media performance for a B2B SaaS company with pipeline or revenue focus
  • Deep hands-on experience running LinkedIn paid social including audience strategy and creative testing
  • Demonstrated success improving paid performance over time
  • Strong experience with creative-led formats and partnering with design teams
  • Clear communicator who can turn complex data into insights and recommendations

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end performance of paid media program across LinkedIn, paid search, newsletters, and experimental channels
  • Drive month-over-month and quarter-over-quarter growth in paid-sourced pipeline through continuous optimization
  • Translate platform data and customer insights into creative briefs and campaign concepts with Brand Design
  • Synthesize data across ad platforms, CRM, and sales insights to uncover campaign performance drivers
  • Design and execute structured experiments in new paid channels like Reddit and YouTube
