You'll lead top-down and bottom-up engagements across ICSs, Trusts, NHS England, and DHSC to drive adoption of Sword Health's portfolio including MSK, Prehab, Womenโ€™s Health, and Mental Health solutions. Your work will directly impact lives, reduce clinical burden, and lower costs in one of the most influential health systems.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Lead complex deal cycles across ICSs, Trusts, NHS England, and DHSC.
  • Own full lifecycle of NHS regional tenders including bid strategy and submissions.
  • Drive top-down and bottom-up engagement with clinical and commissioning stakeholders.
  • Manage and progress a robust NHS-specific pipeline to exceed sales targets.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 7+ years B2B/B2G sales experience with at least 3-5 years selling into the NHS.
  • Proven track record of exceeding annual quotas with net-new revenue ownership.
  • Experience engaging clinical leaders, digital transformation teams, and commissioners.
  • Ability to independently generate pipeline through targeted NHS prospecting.

  • 5+ years digital health experience.
  • Established network across ICS leaders and NHSE decision-makers.
  • Background in MSK, physio, mental health, prehab, or womenโ€™s health solutions.
