💼 About This Role

You'll join a veteran-owned IT consulting firm to monitor and maintain network systems for Fortune 500 clients. You'll leverage remote monitoring tools to ensure uptime and security across LAN, WAN, and wireless environments. This role offers the chance to lead projects and mentor junior staff within a supportive, growth-oriented culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor and troubleshoot network systems using remote monitoring tools.
• Install and maintain workstations and network devices.
• Manage user access and maintain security protocols.
• Handle malfunctioning equipment and resolve technical issues.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of IT work experience in infrastructure/network environments.
• Proven ability to work on medium to high complexity projects/systems/issues.
• Experience as a project team member and occasionally as a project leader.
