You'll lead the technical delivery process for Zendesk Contact Center implementations, from initial discussions to successful go-live. Your expertise will guide clients in deploying cloud-based solutions that align with business goals. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely while collaborating with diverse teams.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Serve as SME for Zendesk Contact Center solutions.
- Lead design workshops and produce Technical Design Documents.
- Configure services using Amazon Connect, CloudFormation, Amazon Lex.
- Conduct technical training and knowledge transfer sessions.
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years customer-facing experience in technical support or consulting.
- Experience with Amazon Connect is essential.
- 3+ years hands-on experience with complex cloud-based solutions.
- Strong programming skills in AWS Lambda and Python.
