You'll lead the technical delivery process for Zendesk Contact Center implementations, from initial discussions to successful go-live. Your expertise will guide clients in deploying cloud-based solutions that align with business goals. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely while collaborating with diverse teams.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Serve as SME for Zendesk Contact Center solutions.
  • Lead design workshops and produce Technical Design Documents.
  • Configure services using Amazon Connect, CloudFormation, Amazon Lex.
  • Conduct technical training and knowledge transfer sessions.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years customer-facing experience in technical support or consulting.
  • Experience with Amazon Connect is essential.
  • 3+ years hands-on experience with complex cloud-based solutions.
  • Strong programming skills in AWS Lambda and Python.
