💼 About This Role

You'll build and scale AI-driven solutions that increase efficiency across Addi. You'll design agentic systems and hybrid ML models that run reliably in production, partnering with Engineering to turn complex business needs into scalable automated solutions. This role offers the chance to own agent logic and tooling end-to-end with a leading fintech.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build AI/ML solutions automating high-impact workflows.
• Partner with engineering to deploy solutions into production systems.
• Create and maintain connectors/APIs integrating ML solutions.
• Define success metrics, monitor performance, and iterate continuously.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years building and deploying AI/ML solutions end-to-end.
• Bachelor's in Physics, Math, Stats, Economics, or CS.
• Experience with LLM-based solutions (e.g., LangChain).
• Solid expertise in deep learning (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn).

• Experience with orchestration patterns (routing, memory, handoffs).
• Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and ML engineering infrastructure.
