You will embed with engineers to understand workflows, identify bottlenecks, and build data-driven solutions that accelerate product development and scale operations for next-generation defense systems.

Requirements

• 2+ years work experience in technical operating roles
• Engineering fundamentals in Computer Science, Engineering, or Physics
• Coding experience with Python, SQL, React, TypeScript or equivalent
• Data system exposure to dbt, Redshift, Looker/Tableau, or Palantir Foundry
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance

Responsibilities

• Develop test data infrastructure in collaboration with Flight Test and Engineering teams
• Architect and build a fleet management system to monitor operational performance and reliability
• Design and implement tools and metrics to scale production from 1s to 1000s
• Embed with engineers to understand workflows and locate critical problems
• Build systems and infrastructure for applications to mature, roll out, and scale
