You'll provide hair color consultations and services at a Madison Reed Hair Color Bar. Your core impact is delivering quality chemical services and excellent guest care in a fast-paced salon environment. You'll also support training assistant colorists and drive revenue through memberships and retail.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide hair color consultations and all menu services to guest satisfaction
• Operate point of sale systems and manage bookings efficiently
• Contribute to monthly sales goals including retail, services, and memberships
• Maintain salon cleanliness, merchandising, and inventory standards

📋 Requirements

• Active cosmetology license in the state
• 1+ year of experience as a colorist behind the chair
• Effective communication skills in a fast-paced salon environment
• Fluency in English
