💼 About This Role

You'll own and execute Arcade's partner strategy end-to-end, building a scalable program from zero. You'll deepen relationships with AWS, Azure, LangChain, MongoDB, and Redis to drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue. This is a founding role with the opportunity to build and lead a team as the program matures.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Execute partner strategy end-to-end as individual contributor
  • Deepen and operationalize relationships with cloud and AI partners
  • Build co-sell motions and marketplace listings with cloud providers
  • Develop joint solution architectures and reference deployments
  • Create and manage a partner enablement program with training materials

📋 Requirements

  • 7+ years in technology partnerships at a B2B infrastructure company
  • Built partner programs that generated measurable pipeline and revenue
  • Direct experience with cloud provider partner programs (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, Product, Marketing, Engineering

  • Experience at a startup (Series A-C, under 100 employees) building process
  • AI-curious with understanding of MCP and agent frameworks
  • Located in SF, Austin, NYC, or Seattle
