💼 About This Role
You'll own and execute Arcade's partner strategy end-to-end, building a scalable program from zero. You'll deepen relationships with AWS, Azure, LangChain, MongoDB, and Redis to drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue. This is a founding role with the opportunity to build and lead a team as the program matures.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Execute partner strategy end-to-end as individual contributor
- Deepen and operationalize relationships with cloud and AI partners
- Build co-sell motions and marketplace listings with cloud providers
- Develop joint solution architectures and reference deployments
- Create and manage a partner enablement program with training materials
📋 Requirements
- 7+ years in technology partnerships at a B2B infrastructure company
- Built partner programs that generated measurable pipeline and revenue
- Direct experience with cloud provider partner programs (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, Product, Marketing, Engineering

- Experience at a startup (Series A-C, under 100 employees) building process
- AI-curious with understanding of MCP and agent frameworks
- Located in SF, Austin, NYC, or Seattle
