You'll manage a book of enterprise customers at Stripe, ensuring they maximize value from the platform. You'll deliver proactive workshops, business reviews, and payments insights to drive customer growth. This role offers the chance to work closely with sales, technical account managers, and operations teams.
π― What You'll Do
- Partner with account executives and TAMs on post-sale engagements
- Manage book of customers to drive account health and growth
- Serve as trusted payments and product advisor
- Advocate for customer feedback internally
- Support book expansion and identify opportunities
π Requirements
- 4+ years in client-facing enterprise relationship management
- Fluency in French and English
- Track record of leading technical conversations
- Strong analytical skills
- Executive presence and presentation skills

- Experience in payments or fintech industry
- Prior success as a consultant, pre-sales, or TAM
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
