💼 About This Role

You'll lead and scale the sales talent development engine for a high-growth financial resource company, owning the full lifecycle from hiring to career growth. You'll manage a small L&D team, analyze performance data, and build impactful training programs. This hands-on, data-driven role partners closely with Sales Leadership and Recruiting to drive top talent retention.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Define and evolve L&D vision and strategy for the sales organization
  • Build end-to-end onboarding and ramp programs
  • Design and deliver targeted training based on performance gaps
  • Analyze KPIs to identify trends and translate insights into playbooks

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years in sales enablement, training, or sales leadership
  • Proven experience owning onboarding and ramp programs
  • Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-volume transactional sales environments

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with tools like Replit, Lovable, or similar
  • Familiarity with consultative or challenger sales methodologies
