💼 About This Role

You'll design and operate the contract lifecycle management system for a high-growth cloud infrastructure company. Your work will streamline contract workflows, control legal spend, and ensure processes scale with the business. This role sits at the intersection of Legal and Procurement, building the operational backbone from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and operate the CLM system including playbook configuration and workflow automation
• Manage contract repository, ensuring proper tracking, version control, and renewal flags
• Develop and maintain contract templates, clause libraries, and negotiation guidelines
• Oversee outside counsel management including RFPs, rate negotiations, and invoice review
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards for legal spend, cycle times, and risk exposure

📋 Requirements

• 5–8 years of legal operations, contract management, or law firm administration experience
• Hands-on experience implementing or administering CLM platforms (Ironclad, Agiloft, etc.)
• Strong project management skills with ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in building reports and dashboards
