You'll join a fast-paced team supporting legal accounts by managing Veritas Enterprise Vault systems for government clients. You'll ensure data integrity and system availability through maintenance, monitoring, and automation. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Participate in teleconferences to review and support program objectives.
• Perform configurations, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Record configuration changes through the change control board.
• Process storage requests, migrations, and decommission tasks.
• Monitor failed systems and coordinate vendor support.

📋 Requirements

• Top Secret clearance required.
• Experience with Veritas Enterprise Vault administration.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and VBS scripting.
• Knowledge of Windows Server environments (physical and virtual).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud migration (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with ITIL or change management processes.
