💼 About This Role

You'll teach and nurture behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills to children with autism in a 1:1 setting at MeBe's Learning Center. You'll follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs and help families while being trained by top supervisors. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement treatment plans for social, communication, and daily living skills
• Record behavior analysis and progress in data collection system CentralReach
• Assist with BCBA assessments and relay kiddo progress
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized learning environment

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must obtain RBT certification within 60 days of employment
• Ability to frequently bend, lift up to 50 lbs, sit, stand, and run

✨ Nice to Have

• Previous background in child care, teaching, counseling, or babysitting
• RBT or CBT certification preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Pediatrics or Human Development
