🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare and negotiate CDAs, CTAs, and site budgets.
• Lead interactions with internal study teams and external sites.
• Coordinate contract execution and maintain contract files.
• Update team members and sponsors on contract status.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent contract management experience.
• 3 years drafting and negotiating clinical research agreements.
• Experience in clinical research or pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office and contract tracking systems.
