💼 About This Role

You'll provide virtual Medical Nutrition Therapy and Diabetes Self Management Education to help patients manage obesity and related conditions. You'll work with a team of specialists to support lasting behavior change through evidence-based care.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a panel of clients with chronic cardiometabolic conditions
• Communicate via video calls, telephone, and electronic messaging
• Utilize Motivational Interviewing Techniques for behavior change
• Collaborate with coordinated care team for best-in-class experience

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in dietetics or related field
• Registered Dietitian credential through CDR
• 3 years in clinical or community setting
• 10 hours commitment per week
