You will handle complex property service requests from residents, manage vendor coordination, and act as the final escalation point before team leads. You'll work a schedule of 11 AM to 8 PM on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday, ensuring timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • 4+ years of customer service experience preferred
  • Preferred experience as CSR III
  • Basic troubleshooting knowledge and ability to articulate
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain positive client relations for superior satisfaction
  • Receive and handle customer calls and email requests for services
  • Manage scheduling and completion of complex project-type services
  • Act as final escalation point for unresolved service disputes
