You will handle complex property service requests from residents, manage vendor coordination, and act as the final escalation point before team leads. You'll work a schedule of 11 AM to 8 PM on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday, ensuring timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- 4+ years of customer service experience preferred
- Preferred experience as CSR III
- Basic troubleshooting knowledge and ability to articulate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain positive client relations for superior satisfaction
- Receive and handle customer calls and email requests for services
- Manage scheduling and completion of complex project-type services
- Act as final escalation point for unresolved service disputes
