You will assist clients in integrating Appier AI technologies, provide technical consultation, perform data analysis, investigate campaign issues, and collaborate with account and campaign teams to ensure smooth onboarding and optimal use of AI-powered ad solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Proficient English communication skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and website structures

Responsibilities

• Integrate Appier technologies into client websites and apps
• Collaborate with Account Managers and technical teams to resolve technical issues
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate internal resources
• Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve technical issues on schedule
• Perform data analysis on business-critical metrics
