You'll join Mercor, a Series C company valued at $10B, to advance model evaluations for leading AI labs. Your work will drive model improvements that create real economic value, publishing impactful papers with top collaborators. You'll have unmatched access to evaluate frontier models and ample resources for high-impact datasets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build benchmarks measuring real-world value of AI models.
• Publish LLM evaluation papers in top conferences.
• Advance understanding of data ROI in model development.
• Design novel data collection and annotation offerings.

📋 Requirements

• PhD or MS with 2+ years experience in STEM field.
• Strong publication record in AI research, ideally LLM evaluation.
• Strong understanding of LLMs and their training/evaluation data.
