Description

You will join the Key-Value Engine team at Couchbase to design and build the world's fastest, most scalable key-value engine. You will work in C++ on problems involving concurrency and networking, collaborate with product management and support, and develop high-quality software with comprehensive tests.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Very strong C++ skills and 4+ years of production C++ experience
• Self-motivated, independent, and quick learner
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Build high-performance key-value engine features with simplicity and elegance
• Discuss and debate architectural approaches with peers and product management
• Collaborate with Technical Support to debug and resolve customer issues
• Develop high-quality software with unit, component, and end-to-end tests
