💼 About This Role
You'll lead sales strategy and team development for EDB's ANZ region, driving revenue growth through a multi-product approach. You'll act as an open-source champion, fostering executive relationships and brand advocacy in local markets.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a sales team to achieve revenue targets
- Manage account planning, deal implementation, and forecasting
- Develop go-to-market strategies with cross-functional teams
- Engage with executive leadership to maximize revenue
📋 Requirements
- 12+ years of direct and indirect sales experience in enterprise technology
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proven track record of revenue growth in the ANZ region
- Experience in global technology company with cross-regional contributions

- Relevant advanced degree (MBA preferred)
- Experience with PostgreSQL or open-source technologies
