Lead the creative vision for a top automotive brand in Tokyo, bridging local design philosophy with a global network of AI and digital specialists. You'll direct a borderless team to produce high-fidelity virtual production, generative AI content, and interactive platform experiences, ensuring brand consistency across markets.

Requirements

• 10+ years of creative leadership with portfolio blending Big Idea thinking and high-end digital execution
• Strong experience using AI in daily workflow (prompting, training models on brand styles)
• Deep understanding of automotive aesthetics preferred
• Fluent in Japanese and English
• Experience with Unreal Engine, Unity, and API integrations

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of Generative AI tools (Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly) to accelerate asset creation
• Oversee high-end 3D/CGI assets and virtual real-time production
• Direct diverse global creative teams in a follow-the-sun production model
• Design scalable creative frameworks for localization into 50+ markets
• Act as primary creative partner for client marketing and R&D teams in Japan
