๐ผ About This Role
You'll own full-funnel pipeline generation for the Cialfo K12 platform, designing multi-channel campaigns across web, email, social, and events. You'll partner closely with Sales to ensure MQL quality and pipeline SLAs, leveraging AI tools to accelerate campaign execution and analysis. This role offers the opportunity to build and scale a team as the business grows.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own pipeline generation across digital, email, lifecycle, social, events, and ABM channels
- Design and execute integrated campaigns with clear revenue attribution
- Manage lifecycle email marketing in HubSpot including automation and segmentation
- Drive website conversion optimisation through A/B testing and experiments
- Build and maintain dashboards tracking pipeline contribution and ROI
๐ Requirements
- 4โ6 years of demand generation experience in a B2B or B2B2C organisation
- Proven ownership of pipeline from web, digital, lifecycle, events, and other channels
- Strong understanding of B2B funnel (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline stages, SLA management)
- Hands-on experience with ABM strategy targeting institutional or enterprise buyers
