Description

You will build and operate the technology that powers Airbnb's AirCover protection program, processing thousands of claims daily. You'll design and deliver scalable tools that directly impact Host and Guest experience during critical moments, working with AI to accelerate development.

Requirements

• BE/B.Tech or equivalent
• 4 to 8 years of Salesforce Service Cloud development experience
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Programming and Administration (Apex, Triggers, Reports, workflows, assignment rules)
• Expert-level proficiency in LWC and front-end development
• Strong Salesforce customization and configuration in Service Cloud
• Experience with Release Management, Source Control, Deployment (Salesforce DX, SFDC Metadata API, ANT, Jenkins, Git)
• Experience with data management and migration
• Experience with Salesforce integrations
• Practical knowledge of telephony and CTI systems
• Self-starter, adept at picking up new skills
• Proficiency in AI-assisted development workflows (Claude, Gemini, GitHub Copilot, etc.)
• Strong prompt engineering skills

Responsibilities

• Drive innovative use of Salesforce as an enterprise business platform
• Drive low-level and high-level architecture
• Champion modular design and loose coupling
• Develop custom solutions within Salesforce (Apex/Lightning Framework) and Java
• Perform technical analysis, design, development, and implementation of applications
• Take features from idea to implementation, champion best practices
• Drive user story analysis, elaboration, and design
• Ensure code quality with unit tests and on-time delivery
• Self-manage pre-sprint technical designs and grooming
• Ensure collaboration throughout development, testing, and deployment
• Maintain technical documentation
• Manage engineering deliverables with teams
• Serve as SME for CRM and provide thought leadership
