You'll lead the creation, streamlining, and elimination of systems engineering processes across the company to support an efficient, product-focused culture. You'll prototype and roll out tools and automation that enable better design and test collaboration. This role sits in a high-visibility team shaping long-term program trajectory.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify pain points with existing processes and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with Software IT to brainstorm solutions and set priorities.
• Prototype, implement, and roll out processes, tools, and automation.
• Drive improvements across fluids, structures, avionics, and more.

📋 Requirements

• BS in Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of systems engineering experience
• Successful development and roll-out of department or company-wide processes
• Proven ability to work with internal IT and DevOps teams to create tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Graduate degree (MS) in engineering or related field
• Hands-on experience in design, integration, test, and operation of complex systems
• Scripting experience or Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
