💼 About This Role

You'll join Atomi to drive growth within existing school partnerships in Queensland, using a 'land and expand' strategy to uncover new opportunities and close expansion deals. You'll collaborate with Customer Success Managers to multithread accounts and strengthen commercial outcomes. This role offers tailored flexibility and the chance to work remotely from anywhere in Australia.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Drive outbound lead generation within existing schools to uncover new growth opportunities.
  • Build and expand relationships that turn into opportunities and long-term partnerships.
  • Run engaging product demos that show Atomi's value and inspire confidence.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to multithread accounts and strengthen commercial outcomes.
  • Manage and grow your pipeline throughout the year, consistently hitting and exceeding sales targets.

📋 Requirements

  • Proven experience in SaaS or tech solution sales with a strong record of hitting and exceeding targets.
  • Confidence in prospecting and building new relationships, with the ability to expand accounts over time.
  • Familiarity with 'land and expand' strategies and partnering with internal teams to drive outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills -- able to explain complex concepts simply and persuasively.
