You'll lead regional growth and engagement for a top catastrophe-exposed property insurer. You'll own producer relationships, drive performance, and shape company strategy through market intelligence. This role is critical for coaching junior talent and influencing cross-functional teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute a regional sales plan for growth and retention.
• Act as primary owner of producer accounts, maintaining regular touchpoints.
• Provide market intelligence and producer feedback to inform strategy.
• Coach and support Agency Success Managers to elevate team effectiveness.

📋 Requirements

• 6–10 years experience in sales or account management in Property Casualty.
• P&C License required in residence state or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Proven success managing a sales region with measurable growth.
• Residency within assigned region and ability to travel three days per week.
