🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle cancellation requests and retain clients.
• Build rapport and find solutions in difficult conversations.
• Manage multiple retention projects and track metrics.
• Document churn reasons for data-driven improvements.

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years in a client retention role, preferably at a SaaS company.
• Experience driving towards KPIs around retaining and growing accounts.
• 1+ years working with software, ideally web-design or marketing.
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication.
