💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in providing an exceptional customer experience at BoxLunch, a pop culture retailer committed to fighting hunger. You'll help train new recruits and manage daily operations to meet sales targets. This role combines fan engagement with operational responsibility in a mission-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Assist with planogram changes including store map, wall, fixture, and merchandising mix

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
