💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the trusted quarterback for customers, owning engagement from onboarding through renewal. You'll combine technical fluency with executive presence to ensure customers integrate successfully and achieve rapid ROI.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as primary owner for assigned customers from onboarding to renewal.
• Build trusted relationships with customer executives and decision-makers.
• Lead technical onboarding and implementation projects for fast time-to-value.
• Deliver product demos and handle API integrations, SQL queries, and Python scripting.

📋 Requirements

• 7–10 years of Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or Solutions Engineering experience in SaaS or fintech.
• Proven track record working with enterprise customers and executives.
• Technical proficiency in API integrations, SQL, and Python.
• Excellent communication skills in English for executive and technical stakeholders.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in fraud management, risk decisioning, AML, or compliance.
• Familiarity with AI/ML SaaS products.
• Prior experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
