🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead small groups of 2–12 travelers on 2-3 week tours.
• Provide clear information and share enthusiasm for local culture.
• Ensure smooth daily itinerary execution and adapt to changes.
• Prioritize traveler safety and uphold quality standards.

📋 Requirements

• Advanced German (C1) for client communication.
• Residing in Sri Lanka for at least one year with work permissions.
• First Aid Certification, CPR, and Heimlich maneuver.
• Organized and solution-oriented under pressure.
