You'll build and scale the systems that power pipeline generation across our go-to-market efforts. Your core impact will be designing signal-driven automation workflows and enrichment pipelines that identify high-intent accounts and route them into sales. This role offers high ownership in a small, fast-moving team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design end-to-end GTM systems across CRM, marketing automation, and enrichment platforms
• Build inbound/outbound workflows for scoring, enrichment, routing, and engagement automation
• Develop enrichment pipelines using firmographic, technographic, and intent data
• Implement tracking frameworks and attribution models for pipeline visibility

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in GTM engineering, revenue operations, or marketing operations
• Experience with Marketo lifecycle design, lead routing, and scoring
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM pipeline management and automation
• Track record improving pipeline generation in B2B with complex sales cycles

• Experience in financial services, fintech, or institutional markets
• Experience with multi-channel outreach systems (email, LinkedIn)
• Knowledge of AI-driven workflows for research and personalization
