Description

As a Lead Value Engineer at Celonis, you will act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them achieve strategic goals by leveraging Celonis's Process Intelligence Platform. You will be responsible for the end-to-end value journey, from identifying high-impact use cases to driving adoption and renewal, working closely with sales and executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years in analytical customer-facing role (consulting, solution consulting, or SaaS)
• Experience in business process improvement and value realization
• Domain expertise in Finance or Supply Chain
• Knowledge of SaaS applications (e.g., SAP), BI tools, and Python/SQL
• Executive stakeholder management and excellent English communication skills

Responsibilities

• Translate customer strategic goals into high-impact Celonis use cases
• Build demos and business cases to win new customers
• Lead value assessments and communicate value to C-level executives
• Facilitate business value workshops and drive process improvements
• Manage end-to-end customer value journey including expansion and renewal
