Description

You will lead the strategy and delivery of finance systems capabilities for Record-to-Report and Procure-to-Pay at Gusto. Partnering with Finance and other stakeholders, you'll drive scalable, compliant, and efficient financial operations while integrating AI-driven capabilities like GenAI and anomaly detection.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience in enterprise applications, finance systems, product management, or accounting operations
• Deep expertise in Record-to-Report and Procure-to-Pay processes
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite or ERP platforms
• Experience leading SOX-compliant initiatives and managing audit controls
• Strong analytical and system-thinking mindset

Responsibilities

• Own product vision, roadmap, and backlog for RTR and PTP within EAIT portfolio
• Lead end-to-end process design and optimization for RTR and PTP workflows
• Align roadmap priorities with Finance and EAIT strategy
• Partner with engineers to deliver NetSuite and integrated system enhancements
• Introduce and scale AI use cases such as anomaly detection and intelligent AP automation
