You'll take ownership of your own customers from the first week, providing consultative advice and driving product adoption. You'll function as the crucial link between customers and platforms like Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok. π― What You'll Do
- Manage and nurture customer accounts through day-to-day communication.
- Identify opportunities for increased product adoption aligned with marketing objectives.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of Smartly tool and digital ecosystem.
- Build relationships with customers and platform partners.
π Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success or similar customer-facing function.
- Good understanding of paid digital advertising (Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, Google).
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and translate data into insights.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills in English.

- Experience with programmatic advertising.
- Familiarity with Smartly or similar platforms.
- Experience in a scale-up or growth company.
