Description
You will be the first point of contact for Lightspeed's hospitality customers, assisting with requests from general education to hardware/software investigation. Working with a global team, you'll troubleshoot and resolve issues via phone, chat, and email, ensuring Gold Class support standards.
Requirements
- Previous customer service and/or technical support experience
- Strong attention to detail and focus on exceptional customer experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication in German and English
- Basic experience with common platforms: iOS, Android, OSX, Windows
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality support to Hospitality customers via phone, chat, and email
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues using consistent techniques
- Document and track interactions in customer support platforms
- Escalate product issues and bugs to the Quality Assurance team
- Advocate for product and service improvements
