Description

You will be the first point of contact for Lightspeed's hospitality customers, assisting with requests from general education to hardware/software investigation. Working with a global team, you'll troubleshoot and resolve issues via phone, chat, and email, ensuring Gold Class support standards.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service and/or technical support experience
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on exceptional customer experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in German and English
  • Basic experience with common platforms: iOS, Android, OSX, Windows
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality support to Hospitality customers via phone, chat, and email
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues using consistent techniques
  • Document and track interactions in customer support platforms
  • Escalate product issues and bugs to the Quality Assurance team
  • Advocate for product and service improvements
