Description

You will lead the monthly consolidation process, own the consolidation system, and ensure accurate US GAAP financial reporting. You'll serve as the primary liaison to external auditors, support management reporting, and drive technical accounting research.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA preferred
• 7+ years progressive accounting experience with multi-entity consolidations
• Expert knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting
• Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas)
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and consolidation software (Hyperion, OneStream)

Responsibilities

• Lead global consolidation including intercompany eliminations and FX translation
• Perform analytical procedures on consolidated financials
• Serve as SME for consolidation system; evaluate and implement new system
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and SEC filings (10-Q/10-K)
• Support technical accounting for complex transactions and new GAAP standards
