💼 About This Role

You'll manage and grow relationships with Samba's largest brand direct customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from audience targeting and measurement solutions. You'll work closely with Sales to support Media, Entertainment, and Tech accounts, driving audience activation strategies and delivering a seamless agency experience across planning, activation, and measurement workflows. Your impact will directly drive agency satisfaction, retention, and account growth with key Samba customers.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own day-to-day account management for key accounts portfolio.
  • Develop strategic account plans and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Ensure agency teams activate Samba data across DSPs and SSPs.
  • Lead business reviews focused on adoption and performance insights.
  • Oversee audience segment setup and delivery for brand campaigns.

📋 Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in account management or programmatic strategy.
  • Direct experience working with large agency holding companies like WPP, Publicis, or Dentsu.
  • Strong understanding of audience activation across DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360).
  • Solid working knowledge of DMPs (e.g., LiveRamp, Lotame) and SSPs (e.g., OpenX, Magnite).

✨ Nice to Have

  • Background in programmatic trading or campaign management at a brand direct or holding company.
  • SQL proficiency.
  • Experience with CRM and project management tools (Salesforce, Jira, Asana).
