Description

You will manage a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center, overseeing the movement of cars for repairs and ensuring production and quality goals are met. You'll coach team members, resolve conflicts, and train associates to identify and complete repairs effectively.

Requirements

• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record in last 3 years
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience using computers
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Demonstrated functional expertise in reconditioning process

Responsibilities

• Manage movement of cars into and out of Inspection Center safely
• Meet or exceed inventory production goals on daily, weekly, monthly basis
• Oversee day-to-day activities of assigned team
• Coach, develop, and performance-manage team members
• Review and approve identified mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory
