Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in healthcare analytics with client delivery track record
• Strong project management skills leading cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for non-technical audiences
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of analytics projects from scoping to execution
• Translate ambiguous business questions into tractable data analysis projects
• Serve as primary client contact and build strong stakeholder relationships
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Data Science, Engineering, and Product teams
