💼 About This Role

You'll lead the delivery of complex data center construction projects from design through commissioning. You'll oversee project planning, budgeting, and scheduling to ensure on-time completion. This role requires coordinating multiple disciplines in fast-paced environments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee all phases of data center construction including MEP and commissioning
• Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource management
• Coordinate with owners, design teams, trade contractors, and stakeholders
• Review design drawings, specifications, and submittals for constructability
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and data center standards

📋 Requirements

• 10-15 years of construction project management experience
• Experience on large-scale data center or mission-critical projects
• Proven ability managing schedules, budgets, and subcontractors on $50M+ projects
• Proficiency with Procore, Primavera P6, or MS Project

✨ Nice to Have

• PMP or equivalent certification
• LEED, CxA, or similar certifications
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering
