You'll be the foundation of our scratch-based kitchen, prepping fresh vegetables, sauces, and marinades from scratch. Your work directly supports our mission to build a better food system by connecting farmers to the community. This role is part of our opening team in Nashville, with opportunities for growth in a rapidly expanding restaurant group.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Prep cold and hot food items per precise guidelines
- Operate food preparation equipment like fit-wash and robot coupe
- Maintain clean and sanitary prep stations
- Communicate prep needs with kitchen leadership
📋 Requirements
- Passion for real, good food
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Quick learner adaptable to seasonal menu changes

- Prior kitchen experience is a plus but not required
