💼 About This Role

You'll be the foundation of our scratch-based kitchen, prepping fresh vegetables, sauces, and marinades from scratch. Your work directly supports our mission to build a better food system by connecting farmers to the community. This role is part of our opening team in Nashville, with opportunities for growth in a rapidly expanding restaurant group.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Prep cold and hot food items per precise guidelines
  • Operate food preparation equipment like fit-wash and robot coupe
  • Maintain clean and sanitary prep stations
  • Communicate prep needs with kitchen leadership

📋 Requirements

  • Passion for real, good food
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Quick learner adaptable to seasonal menu changes

  • Prior kitchen experience is a plus but not required
