You'll drive manufacturing process improvements and equipment reliability for a renewable energy company focused on sustainable wood bioenergy. Your work will directly impact throughput and cost reduction at our Epes, AL facility.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute process improvement projects aligned with site priorities
• Diagnose and troubleshoot site process-related issues
• Create and maintain procedures per OEMS standards
• Manage simultaneous improvement projects using project management skills

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• 4-7 years of manufacturing experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to after-hour calls

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with LEAN manufacturing or FMEA
• Prior experience with capital expenditure analysis and planning
• Familiarity with heavy industrial equipment
