You'll design and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies for a fast-moving fintech environment, owning campaign performance end-to-end. Your work will directly influence revenue outcomes across multiple sales verticals. This remote-first position offers the opportunity to shape growth strategy in a highly experimental marketing culture.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own and execute quarterly demand generation strategies aligned with pipeline growth targets.
  • Design and launch multi-channel campaigns including email, digital, ABM-lite, events, webinars.
  • Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations to define target accounts and growth opportunities.
  • Build and optimize nurturing programs to improve conversion rates and pipeline velocity.
  • Track, analyze, and report on funnel performance metrics across marketing and sales.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation or B2B marketing in SaaS/fintech.
  • Strong experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, and Salesforce.
  • Proven track record of building and executing demand generation strategies driving inbound pipeline growth.
  • Experience with multi-channel campaigns including email marketing, ABM, events, and digital programs.
